The JVC BN-VG121 Data Battery (3.6V, 2100mAh) is designed as a spare or replacement battery for HD and Standard Everio camcorders. This battery provides remaining battery power on your Everio's LCD screen so you're never caught off guard by a loss of power. The BN-VG121 can power hard drive HD Everio models for up to 2 hours and 5 minutes and other HD Everio models up to 2 hours and 40 minutes. Standard Everio hard drive models can be powered up to 3 hours and 50 minutes, while Memory models can be powered by the Data Battery up to 4 hours and 40 minutes.

These are JVC BN-VG121 3.6V Data Battery Technical Details
*Li-Ion
*2100mAh/3.6V
*Replacement battery for HD and standard Everio camcorders
*Displays remaining battery life on LCD

These heavier duty video camera batteries are very expensive, far more than I wanted to pay for one. I found this one at Amazon.com for half the regular manufacturer's price. Yes, we've all heard the horror stories about cheap batteries burning up, but I've used them in my cameras for years and never had a problem. I don't believe Amazon would allow inferior merchandise to be sold through their website, and I was pleased with the guarantee they give, so I bought this one. I used it, recently, to record a Mud Bogging event and it gave me no problems.

I recommend you to buy JVC BN-VG121 3.6V Data Battery from Amazon.com. CLICK HERE !!

I am glad I invested in this battery as it does have a longer life than the one that came with the camera and always had the other as a backup, but didn't need it as it was good for the amount of time needed to video.

Olympus LI-42B Li-Ion

Olympus LI-42B Li-Ion
Good to have a second battery.... Compact battery. Decent lifespan. A bit pricey.

Don't hesitate on purchasing this replacement battery, Olympus LI-42B is every bit as good, maybe even better, than the battery that comes with the cameras. I am personally amazed by how long the life on these batteries are. Just as good (or better) than the original!

I like this battery for several reasons. Its is very light, long life and after the innitial charge the remaining charges are about a third of the time. It states that this battery will hold 300 charges. This is a good buy for the money, and beats my old camera, which would eat batteries all day. The extremely compact and ultra-slim design of the Li-40B rechargeable battery makes storage and transportation convenient. With a capacity of 660mAh, the new Li-Ion battery for the IR-300 and the slim FE-5500 allows hundreds of images to be shot before the battery needs to be recharged. So, i would like to recommend you to buy Olympus LI-42B from this site.

Nikon EN-EL4a for MB-D10 Nikon D2 D3

Posted by Unknown on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 | 12:40 AM

Nikon EN-EL4a
Power your Nikon D2H, D2Hs, D2Xs, and D3 digital cameras without relying on disposable batteries with the high-capacity Nikon EN-EL4a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Also compatible with the optional BL-3 battery chamber--which supports the MD-D10 grip for the D300 and D700 cameras--the battery employs lithium technology to ensure a maximum battery life and maximum power. Plus, the battery doesn't suffer from a memory effect, so you can recharge partially drained batteries without reducing performance. Specifications include an output voltage of 11.1 volts, a capacity of 2,500 mAh, and dimensions of 3.2 by 1 by 2.2 inches (W x H x D).

This is the original Nikon EN-EL4a battery for the D300 with MB-D10 vertical grip. Works perfectfly. The charge lasts forever. Don't buy the generic replacement for this battery, they DON'T work. I've tried 3 different generic brand & none of them work. I ended up wasting more time & money. Just go with the Nikon & your safe. I recommend you to buy the original Nikon EN-EL4a from this site!

Zeikos ZE-CBG50 for Canon 40D 50D

Zeikos ZE-CBG50 for Canon 40D 50D
The Zeikos ZE-CBG50 battery grip (sometimes referred to as Flashpoint?) is an excellent alternative to the Canon battery grip that is priced $100 higher. While I haven't seen the Canon BG-E2N grip, my guess is that the major difference between the Zeikos and the Canon is that the Canon has a weather seal around the battery door (The new E2N model claims to have it, and I didn't notice any weather seal on the Zeikos.

There is a good video review of the Zeikos if you search for ZE-CBG50 - the review [...] and it is syndicated throughout other photography websites. In short, you won't be disappointed with the Zeikos battery grip as it has a shutter release button, a mode dial and the AE-lock and AF selection point buttons. The older model CBG40 did not have the mode dial I believe. It also has a rubber exterior for your hand that is comfortable and is nearly identical to that on the camera.

Zeikos ZE-CBG50 should be on every serious photographer's camera body. This is a high quality grip. I would love to say that it "should" be in ever photographer's bag, but of course, in reality it depends on what you shoot.

I found myself reaching for my camera more since I got it a few days ago, just because it is so much fun shooting in all orientations so freely. Does it add bulk to the camera? Of course! But if you're going to complain about that, why did you buy a DSLR in the first place?

Besides the obvious of having a longer battery life (definitely a plus) and easier portrait orientation shooting, I find the camera much better to grip and hold with the grip on. All of the buttons on this Zeikos grip work with no hassle.

I guess a person can have a little more ease of mind if they purchase the genuine Canon battery grip, but for less than half of its cost, you can buy this 3rd party Zeikos grip and have the same functions.

A winner? Definitely! I would recommend you to buy Zeikos ZE-CBG50 from this site. Trusted site!
